When you place an order at Prymaxe Vintage you can rest assured that your item will be carefully packaged. Our shipping team is dedicated to making sure your item arrives in perfect condition and on time. All orders placed before 1pm EST will ship same day and all orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.

Most orders shipping within the US will ship via USPS priority and are fully insured. We also offer express options if you need an item within 24 hours. All tracking numbers will be sent via email after the item is shipped. If you did not receive the tracking number please feel free to call or email us.

Orders placed outside of the US will ship via USPS Priority or USPS express. We offer the cheapest shipping rates in the industry to our valued international customers.

- If you experience any sort of manufacture defect within one year of the purchase date Prymaxe will fix or replace the pedal for FREE.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your pedal purchase you can return it within 60 days of the original purchase date and receive a full refund.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Amplifier and Guitar Purchases

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your amplifier or guitar purchase you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus a 10% Restocking Fee.

- All guitar and amp orders over 1500.00 have only 48 hour approval.
