New Items
All new items sold must be returned in BRAND NEW condition without any signs of wear. The item must include all papers, certificates, manuals, care kits, COAs, and must shipped back with all of the original packing materials. Items to be returned must also be received within the 45 day satisfaction guarantee period. Failure to meet any of these guidelines will result in a 25% restocking fee.

Vintage Items
All vintage guitars and basses come with 48 hour approval. We MUST be notified within 48 hours if you plan to return an instrument for any reason and the package must be returned to us within 7 business days. All vintage Amp sales are final!

All Amp sales are final.

International
All international sales are final.
